At Naturix Flower Seeds, your satisfaction is guaranteed. Should you need to refund or replace an item, please refer to the following guidelines.
All refund require preauthorization, please contact: flower_seeds@naturix.cn.
Our Return Guidelines:
1. If we shipped you the wrong product or it arrived defective or damaged, we will send a replacement at no charge or refund the full purchase price, provided the item is returned to us in its original packaging.
2. If you ordered the wrong item, wrong type, or simply changed your mind, we will refund the purchase price minus the shipping cost, provided the item is returned to us in its original packaging.
3. A 10% restocking fee may be assessed if the original packaging has been opened, or if the item has been used and/or is not returned in original condition.
4. We will accept authorized returns within 60 days of the original order ship date.
